All orders placed on ScrubClub.pk are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

ScrubClub.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist in tracking your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

From time to time, ScrubClub.pk may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas of Pakistan.

Please note:

Customers are requested to ensure availability to receive the parcel at the provided address.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your order through the courier service.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts:

The parcel may be returned to ScrubClub.pk.

Re-shipping may require advance payment of shipping charges.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

ScrubClub.pk will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the package and product

Our team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
