At ScrubClub.pk, we strive to deliver high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Products purchased on sale or promotional discount
• Gift cards & Discount Codes
• Change of Mind Not Acceptable after Delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@scrubclub.pk
 with your order number and reason for return.

If the request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the product back according to the provided instructions.

Important:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through:

Bank transfer, or

Digital wallet transfer, depending on the information provided by the customer.

Order Refusal & Abuse Policy

ScrubClub.pk reserves the right to refuse service or future orders from customers who repeatedly:

• Refuse Cash on Delivery orders
• request unreasonable or fraudulent returns
• misuse promotional offers
• This policy helps us maintain fair service for all customers.
