How do I place an order?

Placing an order on ScrubClub.pk is simple:

  1. Browse our products.

  2. Click “Add to Cart” on the item you want.

  3. Go to your Shopping Cart.

  4. Click “Checkout” and enter your delivery details.

  5. Choose your payment method and confirm your order.

You will receive an order confirmation message or email after your order is successfully placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Card Payment (if available during checkout)

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, ScrubClub.pk delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations or public holidays.

How much is the delivery charge?

  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5000

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 200

  • Single Product Shipping: PKR 100

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier service.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.

How often should I use a body scrub?

Most body scrubs can be used 2–3 times per week depending on your skin type.

Over-exfoliating may irritate the skin, so it’s best to follow recommended usage.

Can I use lip scrub every day?

Lip scrubs are generally recommended 2–3 times per week to remove dry or flaky skin.

After exfoliating, apply a lip balm to keep lips hydrated.

What does a scalp scrub do?

Scalp scrubs help:

  • Remove product buildup

  • Reduce dandruff flakes

  • Improve scalp cleanliness

This helps create a healthier environment for hair.

Are ScrubClub products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are designed to be suitable for most skin types. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before use.
